The program is currently paused and public registration is closed. This policy describes DAYBRIGHT GOODS LLC’s approved operating policy. Browsing this portal, creating a profile or seeing a portal estimate does not authorize work, appoint an affiliate or guarantee earnings. Participation requires Brian Delgado’s separate written approval and an applicable signed individual agreement.
Commission
The commission rate is 5% of eligible, attributable net merchandise sales after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping. Payment-processing fees are not separately deducted from this commission basis. No commission rate above 5% is authorized. Personal purchases do not earn commission.
Verification and payment
Portal commission amounts are provisional until reconciled to eligible, paid and delivered Shopify orders. Commission becomes earned only after at least 30 days following delivery and expiration of the applicable return period, subject to the signed agreement and any documented order-specific review. Earned commissions are paid by the 15th of the following month, with no minimum payout. Refunds, cancellations and disputes are reconciled before payment. Only verified completed transfers are marked Paid.
Attribution and consent
The portal is configured for a 30-day tracking cookie and to load tracking only when the customer has given consent. Coupon attribution takes precedence over referral-link attribution; the configured referral-link conflict rule uses the last affiliate. Tracking is removed after an order, and cart-based tracking is enabled. Browser, device, consent and cart behavior can affect attribution. These settings do not guarantee credit and must be reconciled with the signed individual agreement before participation begins.
Scope and individual agreement
No affiliate activity, spending, product or delivery promise is authorized by this page. The signed individual agreement controls participation, approved promotional activity, eligibility and contractual details, including any applicable choice-of-law and dispute provisions. This page does not amend an existing signed agreement or impose the unrelated jurisdiction or tax clauses from the former generic software template. Any future rate, eligibility or policy change requires the applicable separate written approval; no rate above 5% is authorized.
