Physical products and digital downloads
Each product page identifies what you receive. Bottles, travel organizers, costumes and decorations are physical items. The Event Quote & Profit Kit is a digital download; no printed workbook or physical supplies are included.
Choosing the right item
For clothing, compare your measurements with the product's size guide before ordering. For decorations and party kits, check the dimensions, contents and assembly instructions. Styled photos may show surrounding props that are not included.
Choosing a bottle
Select the exact color or design before adding it to your cart. The COLDEST bottle on this store has a 46 oz capacity. Availability is shown for each design, so some options may be sold out while others remain available.
Shipping and tracking
Physical products are fulfilled by their connected suppliers. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges. Products from different fulfillment sources may arrive separately. Check your order emails for shipping and tracking updates.
Digital downloads do not require shipping. An order containing both a physical item and a digital download may have a shipping charge for the physical item.
Opening your digital files
The Event Quote & Profit Kit includes an .xlsx workbook and a PDF guide. Use a desktop spreadsheet application that supports .xlsx. Excel on a Mac has been checked; compatibility with Apple Numbers and Google Sheets has not been verified. Software is not included.
Order changes, damaged items and return questions
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Request address changes or cancellations promptly; we cannot promise changes once an order has been processed or shipped. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
