Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping services depend on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Physical products from COLDEST are fulfilled and shipped directly by Coldest through Shopify Collective. Processing and carrier transit times can vary by product, destination and service. Any delivery dates shown are estimates, not guarantees.

We will send shipping confirmation and tracking information when it becomes available. Items fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages.

Digital downloads

The Event Quote & Profit Kit is delivered electronically after successful payment. There is no shipping charge for digital downloads. Follow the download instructions on your order confirmation page or in the email sent to the address used at checkout. If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number.

If an order contains both physical products and digital downloads, shipping charges apply to the physical products only; the digital files are delivered separately.

Address changes, delays and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Email brianfour0304@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need a correction. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your applicable consumer rights are not affected.
