Refund policy

Physical products: 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving a physical product. Items must be unused, in the condition received, with the original packaging and all included lids, parts and accessories. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email brianfour0304@gmail.com or use our Contact page before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Supplier-fulfilled products may need to be returned directly to the supplier. Please do not send returns to our correspondence address without instructions.

For approved physical-product returns, we provide a prepaid return label and do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return, except where required by law. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping and refund applicable original shipping charges.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Include your order number and, where practical, photos of the item and packaging so we can help arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital downloads

The Event Quote & Profit Kit is delivered electronically and does not require a physical return. Please review its description and file formats before buying. If you have not accessed or downloaded the files, contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a cancellation and refund. After access or download, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available. If a file is missing, defective or materially different from its description, contact us so we can provide working files or a refund if we cannot resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started. For a different physical item, request a return and place a separate order after the return is accepted.

Refund timing

We will notify you after your return or digital-product refund request has been reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Your consumer rights

Any mandatory cancellation, return, warranty or refund rights under applicable law take precedence over this policy, including any applicable European Union cooling-off rights. Contact us at brianfour0304@gmail.com for help.
