Event Quote & Profit Kit

Check your event price before you send a quote. This is an Excel workbook for balloon decorators and small party-service businesses. Fill it in before agreeing to a job to estimate supplies, paid help, travel and the value of your own time. Use those figures to review a price and prepare a customer quote.

Start with one event and two worksheets

1. Make a copy of the workbook. Keep the original template for your next event.
2. Open Job Planner. Replace the blue sample inputs with the costs and hours you expect for this event. Review the calculated price guide and any warnings. The guide depends on your assumptions; it does not know what a customer will pay.
3. Open Client Quote. Add the customer and event details, describe exactly what is included, review the linked totals, then export only this worksheet as a PDF for the customer.

Why use it? To see whether a proposed price covers the whole job, including time spent answering inquiries, preparing, driving, setting up and cleaning up. You can leave Inquiry Tracker, Reply Templates and Job Review until you need them. Start with the quote.

Files and requirements

Your download includes a six-sheet Excel-format workbook (.xlsx) and a three-page PDF quick-start guide. Digital files only; no physical product. Examples and currency formatting use USD. A desktop spreadsheet application that supports .xlsx is required; software is not included. Opening the workbook and a linked pricing calculation have been checked in Microsoft Excel on a Mac. Apple Numbers and Google Sheets compatibility have not been verified. No macros or external data connections.

How to use it

Save a copy for each event, replace the blue inputs, review your price and export only the Client Quote sheet. The workbook does not send messages, book dates, collect payments or calculate sales tax. You enter and verify your own figures and terms.

Scope of purchase

For one business and its internal team. You may create completed customer quote PDFs; do not resell or redistribute the editable template or guide. Custom setup, bookkeeping, tax advice and legal terms are not included. All preview figures are fictional examples. No sales or profit outcome is promised.
